Answer: I will choose a healthy food.
Healthy food doesn't have to be food that doesn't taste bad.
Many healthy foods can be processed into very delicious and nutrient-rich foods.
If we only focus on good food, the possibility that can happen is that the food is high in bad fats which can cause cholesterol and various other diseases.
