Today’s debate will raise the topic of plastic bag reduction.

As a moderator, allow me to convey the rules for the implementation of this debate forum as follows.
First, each team will explain their point of view for 10 minutes, then continued by the second team.
After that, the speakers will have 5 minutes to respond to their debate opponents.
Next, we will enter a question and answer session.
At the end of the session, we will have conclusions from this debate.
