- 4 sdm minyak sayur- 5 siung bawang putih, cincang- 250 gram udang sedang kupas- 250 gram daging kerang hijau (tanpa cangkang)- 2 sdm chili flakes (cabe kering tumbuk kasar)- 1 sdt oregano kering- 1 sdt basil kering- 2 sdm air jeruk lemon- 2 sdt garam- 250 ml rebusan pasta

- Daun basil segar
