Percakapan 1:
Lisa: Why are you in a hurry, Jose? Are you going somewhere? (Kenapa terburu-buru, Eric? Apakah kau akan pergi ke suatu tempat?)
Jose: I have to catch the 12 o’clock plane. I’m going to Berlin. I should be at the Airport on time.
(Aku harus mengejar pesawat pukul 11 tepat. Aku akan pergi ke Yogyakarta. Aku ingin tiba di stasiun tepat waktu.)
Lisa: But it's just 9 o’clock. You still have a lot of time to get ready.
(Tapi sekarang masih pukul 9. Kamu masih mempunyai banyak waktu untuk bersiap-siap.)
Jose: Yes, but I have to meet someone first before i go to the airport, Lisa. (Tapi aku harus bertemu seseorang dulu sebelum aku pergi ke bandara, Lisa.)
Lisa: Ah, I'm sorry. I didn’t mean to get in your way. I’ll take my leave. Have a good time and good bye.
(Oh, maaf. Aku enggak maksud menghalangimu. Aku akan pergi. Selamat menjalani hari dan selamat tinggal.)
Eric : It's okay, Lisa, Goodbye! Have a good day too. (Enggak masalah, Lisa. Selamat tinggal, semoga harimu baik juga!)
