My First Guitar
Last year, in August 2018, I bought my first nylon guitar from a guitar craftsman in Baki, Sukoharjo, Central Java. Actually I ordered this guitar without buying it, because the guitar craftsman usually makes acoustic guitars but can also make nylon guitars according to the buyer’s request.
During the negotiation, I asked for all the best materials that the craftsman could get, while I could adjust the price. Finally, I got the guitar for 750,000 rupiah which I think is very cheap for the best quality guitar that I expected.
When the guitar was finished and I checked, WOW it was amazing. Indeed, at first I asked for the best guitar with the best possible quality of materials, but because the price was only 750,000 rupiah, I did not expect more.
This guitar really exceeds my expectations. The quality of the nylon is very good, soft in the hand but not too flabby so my fingers are very comfortable to play fingerstyle using this guitar. And the most fantastic thing is the sound produced is really melodious.
